Frequently Asked Questions
-
What types of properties do you manage?
We currently manage both Residential and Commercial properties. -
How do you select vendors for maintenance jobs?
We select vendors for maintenance jobs by diagnosing what technician is best fit to do the job, and finding the one who does the best work, for the best price. -
How are payments handled, and what are the payment terms?
We give vendors the payment usually the same day the job was completed, and through our portal or in person, depending on the vendor and the situation. -
Do you require vendors to have insurance or certifications?
We require all of our vendors to have the necessary certifications and insurance in order to complete the job to a professional standard. -
What’s your protocol for vendor communication?
We communicate with our vendors as much as possible in order to ensure that a quality product is able to be delivered to both our owners and tenants. -
How are work orders generated and assigned to vendors?
Work orders will be generated through our owner portal, and assigned to vendors based on who fits best for that specific work order. The vendor will receive an email stating that a work order has been assigned to them, as well as a phone call from our maintenance coordinator letting them know a job is ready for them to complete. -
Do you offer long-term maintenance contracts or only individual jobs?
We would be open to offering a long-term maintenance contract, but at this current time, we are only giving individual jobs. -
How do you handle tenant scheduling and coordination?
Once a work order has been assigned to the technician, we give them the tenant's phone number and address, letting them know that the tenant is expecting a phone call / text as soon as possible. From there, we let the tenant and technician coordinate when the work can be done.
