When Brad founded PMI Riverside back in 2011, he was raising a child, caring for his elderly mother, and trying to step away from the carpet cleaning industry, where he had owned a business for over 30 years. When he first started PMI Riverside, he vowed to himself that he would go out of his way to provide the best possible service for both owners and tenants. Brad has stayed true to this vow and has been named 'the Blue Collar Property Manager' due to his unrelenting work ethic and recognition that in the property management world, sometimes you have to get your hands dirty
